Account Executive

Job Summary:

  • Perform and monitor task and process related to Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing, follow policy and procedure or relevant regulation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all the collection arrangement.
  • Update dealer’s payment record to computer system and knock off transaction accordingly.
  • Update payment received to computer system at a timely manner.
  • Review and monitor receivable account and prepare receivable overdue report.
  • Daily review customers’ credit.
  • Inform sales agent on over-limit issue.
  • Prepare sales agent collection report.
  • Responsible to prepare monthly closing report.
  • Establish good relations with customers and negotiate or settle overdue payment.
  • Calculate the sales agent collection days for the purpose of deduction on the sales incentive.
  • Responsible to issue invoice, receipt monitoring and reconcile trade receivable account.
  • Prepare monthly statement of account to sales personnel and customers.
  • Generate aging report in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for trade receivable account month end closing.
  • Preparation of account receivable report for superior.
  • Any adhoc task as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with debt collection.
  • Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
  • Knowledge of office and basic accounting software.


Draftsperson (Membrane)

Job Summary:

  • Collaborates & communicates with project sales team and design engineers to convert rough sketches/ concepts/ ideas by Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software system into technical detailed drawings and layouts.
  • Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations, specifications and calculations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tests in order to determine whether the products meet all requirement, then document the results.
  • Meet with member of various departments within company in order to review prototypes or discuss required design modifications.
  • Be familiar with, and adhere to, company’s products standards and specifications, so that they may design quality products that represent the company brand.
  • Keep trends and the needs of consumers in mind when designing products.
  • Under supervision instruction, responsible for making improvements or updates to existing design and engineer standards.
  • Understand how their decisions affect product cost, performance and quality.
  • Any adhoc task as assigned by superior.
  • Manage the effective workflow (planning, executing, reporting and following-up audits) to ensure compliance with the Company’s ISO standard.
  • Educate and guide the Production, Inventory and Quality Team on the Company’s ISO workflow.
  • Produce good quality, accurate ISO reports for internal and external audits, with monthly reporting to Head of Design Standard.
  • Compliance with all the Companies published policies and procedures.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior /Managing Director.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, manufacturing, engineering or a related field
  • Required language(s): English, Malay
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skill(s): Product Designer, Autocad, 3D modelling, Illustrator, sketch
  • Required software: Autocad 3D, Sketchup, adobe illustrator & photoshop and others 3D design software will be advantage.

 


Marketing Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

  • Responsible to create and develop the overall layout and production design for catalogue, brochure, label packaging and product.
  • Responsible for the execution of inbound marketing strategy, drive web-based marketing campaigns and maintenance and development of the corporate web sites.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and produce high-quality visual assets including logos, icons, illustrations, and campaign materials
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear, engaging visual communication
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion
  • Deliver work within deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
  • Create clear visual hierarchy using effective typography and grid systems
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, readable, and aligned with brand identity
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all platforms
  • Perform advanced photo editing including retouching, colour correction, and compositing
  • Optimise images for both print and digital use
  • Prepare print-ready files with correct formats, bleed settings, and CMYK colour profiles
  • Ensure accuracy for physical production output
  • Create simple animations, GIFs, and short-form video content
  • Enhance digital engagement using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Design responsive, user-friendly website layouts for desktop and mobile
  • Maintain and update websites using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify)
  • Produce digital assets optimised for performance and engagement
  • Apply basic SEO best practices during design
  • Optimise images and site structure for faster loading and better user experience
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and technical reliability
  • Stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools
  • Propose new ideas, tools, and improvements to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
  • Expertise in graphic design software (eg Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustration or other graphics


Product Designer (Membrane)

Job Summary:

  • To create and develop in design material, proposal and production drawing for product.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting colleagues to discuss the design brief.
  • Working closely with colleagues, engineers, sales and marketing staff and other skilled people.
  • Understanding technology, productions methods and materials (such as textiles, metals and plastics).
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Researching similar products and developing ideals.
  • Making sketches of ideas by hand or computer and developing the most effective ideals into detailed drawings using specialist computer software.
  • Producing reports and presenting their ideas to colleagues at various stages of the design process.
  • Modifying their ideas according to the feedback they receive at these sessions.

Procurement/Purchasing Executive

Job Summary:

  • Responsible assist in carry out purchasing functions for all level of goods, materials and services to ensure that the Company Operational and production needs are met, taking into account price, quality, terms and to ensure continuity of supply.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible assist in purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality, lead time and delivery targets.
  • Assess quotation from potential suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase order in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organization targets and requirements.
  • Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials; communicate and resolve any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business/ production operations.
  • Explore alternate sources for goods and materials.
  • Evaluate for continuous improvement on procurement processes and its efficiency.
  • Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required.
  • Assist in handle import/ shipment, custom and logistic matters.
  • Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with stakeholders and suppliers regarding new projects and supplies.
  • Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials, advise the relevant parties of any impacts – in particular when there is a risk which could prevent the Company meeting customer demands.

  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Attention to detail, Communication, Leadership, Numeracy, Negotiation, Organization, Teamwork
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.


Sales Executive (Standard)

Job Summary:

  • To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration in the company
  • Personally contact and secure new business account and customers while maintaining good relationship with the current customer.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Service existing account, obtain order and establish new account by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlet and other trade factor.
  • Responsible for revenue generation in the company.
  • Source and evaluate new potential account within assigned territory to achieve mass coverage objective.
  • Work closely with maintain an excellent business relationship with current and new customer, supplier and vendor to achieve the department and company budget sales turnover and target profit margin.
  • Conduct market research, identify opportunity and monitor development trends of market and feedback to the management.
  • Follow up closely on sales enquiry and coordinate with Production Department and customer.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (is an advantage)
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): building materials, constructions, engineering, sales
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.

 

Project Engineer (Membrane)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Technical and site support to project sales team
  • Liaison with internal design & engineering department and in-house / external production related matters
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at the site.
  • Check technical designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues or design conflicts.
  • Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure quality control of workmanship and materials used.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when required.
  • Assist in cost control, variation claims, and project billing matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects, roofing or architectural products.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other construction-related software.
